Baptism Nullification Letter Template
To Leaders of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society:
I am writing to correct some erroneous information in records about me kept by the Jehovah’s Witnesses and Watchtower Society (Ecclesiastes 3:1).
I participated in the baptism ritual of Jehovah’s Witnesses, but I did not fully understand the baptismal vows, doctrine and ramifications of the ritual.
It was not until after baptism that I came to fully understand the level of factual basis for doctrines, the full nature of the organization’s ethics, and the ramifications of not agreeing with the organization.
Due to my lack of understanding, I was not in the right heart condition to undergo Christian baptism that permanently identified me as a Jehovah’s Witness in association with the Watchtower Society (Watchtower 1985 Jun 1 p.30).
BAPTISM NULLIFICATION NOTICE
Because my baptism did not comply with the requirements set forth in official Jehovah’s Witness doctrine (fully comprehending and being in the right heart condition), I insist that my baptism be nullified, and my status within the Jehovah's Witnesses community be updated to “never baptized”.
The corporation of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society is hereby instructed to amend my membership status in accordance with this statement on any and all records of said "Corporation" and its corporate of religious affiliations. The "Corporation" is instructed to file this statement in its permanent records as added proof of compliance.
NO SLANDER/HARASSMENT
This statement is not subject to interpretation or to any internal judicial committee review or ad hominem attacks, as it is my stated belief that I was never actually a baptized member of Jehovah's Witnesses. I will not meet with a Judicial Committee of Jehovah's Witnesses, nor with any of the leaders or members of Jehovah's Witnesses for any further discussion of my letter, or any matter.
I will not tolerate any further contact by Jehovah's Witnesses; my statements here are sufficient. If this letter of Baptism Nullification is not honored, and a disfellowshipping or disassociation is announced in the congregation against me; or if any members further attempt to slander, harass or contact me other than a final acknowledgement by mail of this letter, I will pursue this matter with congregations and the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society through any and all legal means available, including criminal and civil procedures.
NO CONTACT/NO TRESPASSING

Please do not contact me in any fashion, including, but not limited to, electronic, facsimile, telephonic, in person, and mail. Please do not send me any literature or correspondence through any means.
Consistent with my rights as a resident of private property at the address included with my signature, I hereby notify you that I do not wish any members of your organization to enter my property at any time now or in the future. Please immediately notify your members and note your records that no visits should occur (“do not call list”).
Should any members of your organization visit my property in the future, please be advised that I will utilize all legal means available to stop these visits and obtain compensation for expenses and pain and suffering. Is this a legal document and why would it be required?
