CALHOUN JEWELERS LLC v. UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION BOARD OF REVIEW

Jehovah's Witness quits job, then sues former employer for Unemployment Benefits because she was asked to write birthday cards to customers on behalf of the company.

She testified she did not object to selling birthday gifts, wrapping birthday gifts, and eating birthday meals with coworkers, and had done so.
